Grace Gown is Head of Global Public Policy at Xero, where she works to put small businesses at the heart of policymaking so they can thrive in a changing digital economy. Before Xero she advised technology companies and governments on digital policy, and earlier worked inside a government department and on a government inquiry, so she knows how rules actually get made. Across the session she gets to ask the obvious questions on everyone's behalf. She's here to learn a thing or two as well, and to hear what small business owners would love to be able to do but can't yet.
