The program will open with a keynote from Jade Loyzaga, Senior Director of Engineering at Canva, who leads an organisation of more than 120 engineers across 13 teams and recently won the Glass Ceiling Award at the 2026 Women Leading Tech Awards. Jade will set the tone for the day with a talk on navigating career transitions and building confidence with agentic AI.

The hands-on learning will be led by Paul Keen, VP of Engineering at Culture Amp, and Joris Dries, CTO of Resonate CX - both experienced engineering leaders who'll guide participants through eight hours of practical, applied work with agentic AI tools.
